Kerrang! is the world's biggest selling weekly rock magazine and perhaps the world's best metal publication.

We were lucky enough to be involved in making the awards this year, and they went to the cream of global rock including Marilyn Manson, Alice Cooper and our current favourite Royal Blood.

The trophy itself is a inch-thick piece of aluminium alloy 5083 which is cut to a digital profile. The metal is then polished and carefully weathered by hand to give a damaged, heavy metal feel.

This is mounted on a highly polished black acrylic base with an inscription to bear the names of the giants of rock.
