Bespoke awards are designed specifically for your event or organisation - unique pieces that reflect your brand identity and the significance of the occasion. Every element is considered, from materials and form to how the award photographs and feels in the hand.

Off-the-shelf awards offer faster turnaround and lower costs. They can be personalised with engraving, but design options are mostly predetermined. Our premium designer off-the-shelf awards are unique as they can be customised with colours and more detailed engravings. Both approaches maintain our quality standards - the choice depends on your timeline, budget, and how distinctive you want the awards to be.

Please supply logos and artwork in vector format (.pdf, .ai, .eps). Vector files allow us to scale your branding without quality loss, ensuring crisp, clear reproduction regardless of award size or engraving method.

Once you have purchased your award we will get in touch with how to upload your winner text. A word document or in an email is usually perfect.

Bespoke awards typically require 6-8 weeks from initial brief to delivery. This includes design development, prototyping, fabrication, finishing, and quality control.

Off-the-shelf awards with personalisation take between 5 days and 2-3 weeks.

If you're working to a tighter deadline, contact us early. We can often accommodate compressed schedules for the right projects, though this may affect design complexity or pricing.
