How we work: Off-the-shelf Wood, Metal & Acrylic Awards

There are a few simple steps that you'll have to complete when you want to purchase a wood, metal or acrylic off-the-shelf award.

Artwork Information

Once you have made your purchase, our art department will contact you for the relevant engraving and branding details for your chosen design.

Proofing Your Award

We have a simple proofing process that will deliver your award on time and exactly as you imagined every time. If you’re unsure how to proof, you can follow our simple proofing guide here. Keep your eyes peeled for any mistakes, once the proofs have been approved we cannot guarantee that we can make any amendments.

Delivery Information

Our off-the-shelf awards all have varying turnaround time, as listed on each individual product page. All times stated are from the date of payment and once completed, are couriered to you from our central London location. We deliver to any UK postcode, if you’re outside of the UK please get in touch via our International Delivery Contact Form [link to contact page] to find out more information about delivery times and costs.
