We have decades of experience in designing and producing bespoke awards to fit within any theme, aesthetic, budget and timeframe. If you have a fully formed idea then send us a description and any source imagery you have via our bespoke awards contact form (link). We will then work out the best materials and methods of production to achieve your vision.

Free Design Service 

We will send you a visualisation of your award along with a quote. If you’re not quite sure what you want or what’s possible, just send us your event details, the quantity you require, a rough budget and your required delivery date. We will design an award tailored to your event which aligns with your brand identity. Whatever your need, we have the expertise to make your event truly special. 

Artwork information

When designing a bespoke award we will likely need you to send us various assets in order to produce your visual. You will be talked through each step of this process by our in-house designers, but it may include your brand colours, logos, typefaces, and graphics. Once we have begun production, you will also need to send us your engraving details in good time before your delivery deadline. 

Proofing your Award

We have a simple proofing process that will deliver your award on time and exactly as you imagined every time. If you’re unsure how to proof, you can follow our simple proofing guide here. Keep your eyes peeled for any mistakes, once the proofs have been approved we cannot guarantee that we can make any amendments.  

Delivery information

Our bespoke awards are all unique, so the turnaround times will be discussed as part of the free design service. Once completed, your awards will be couriered to you from our central London location. We deliver to any UK postcode, but if you’re outside of the UK, please get in touch via our International Delivery Contact Form [link to contact page] to find out more information about delivery times. Please note that all turnaround times are from receipt of payment.
