Welcome back to the Creative Awards blog where we bring you the latest lock down developments and behind the scenes of our bespoke awards and trophies. Following on from the recent address by Prime Minister Boris Johnson and the announcement that all non-essential businesses are to reopen on June 15th, we wanted to say a big thank you to all those hard workers across the country with our employee recognition awards. To celebrate hard working employees we’ve chosen five of our awards that reward excellence.
Boom! Eye catching Pop Art-inspired graphics are set onto the thick, laser profiled acrylic body of this custom award. The body of the award is engraved with the logo of the business and winners' details on the front. Clean lines and bright colours create a highly impactful and fun award that shines the spotlight on the very best employees.
Expertly crafted using the latest 3D printing technology, our Gold 3D Printed Paddle Man Award is sure to turn heads. Designed and 3D printed in house, we drew inspiration from the logo of the famous brand that approached our teams to design their one of a kind award for their new starters as a welcome gift. Resting on a satin metal base that was hand engraved, the award is made from high quality, gold coloured resin.
A contemporary take on a classic plaque, Creative Awards are proud to showcase the brilliance of simple design in the THE Aluminium and Gold Award. Created from a single piece of machine cut, solid black metal the body of the bespoke trophy is accentuated through a hand-cut gold acrylic detail. Designed to capture the essence of a cool, minimalist brand, the THE award features colour matched printed logos of the business that tracks the best universities in the UK.
Immortalised by both Samuel Taylor Coleridge and Iron Maiden, the albatross is written into the lore of sailing. Being followed by an albatross was considered to be a lucky omen by sailors across the globe. We consider the Albatross a good omen simply because of how proud we are of this bespoke resin award. Crafted from a hand modelled clay master, the award was cast in resin and finished with a deep layer of gold spray. Resting on a hand cut black wood base extra detail was created with the engraved plaque detailing the recipient and event. The Resin Albatross Sculpture was commissioned for a private gold tournament held by a large corporation for its staff. What's the significance of this bespoke trophy you may ask? It was commissioned for a golfing event where an albatross means scoring two under par, a very good omen if you ask us.
